Max Bautista is an aspiring penetration tester currently working as a systems engineer and cybersecurity analyst in the Philadelphia area. With a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Temple University and 5+ years of largely self-taught IT experience, I bring a mix of technical skill and analytical thinking to complex security problems. I hold CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, IT Operations Specialist, and Secure Infrastructure Specialist certifications, as well as the eJPT (Junior Penetration Tester) from INE and several SoloLearn programming certificates. On TryHackMe, I’ve completed over 525 rooms and in the top 2,000 globally, while actively progressing through Hack The Box training. Driven by curiosity and continuous learning, I’m always working to deepen my skills, think like an attacker, and help secure systems more effectively.

This site will serve as a living record of my work and growth in cybersecurity, sharing achievements, penetration testing write-ups, and occasional random thoughts I find fascinating.
